Refund Policy
At ONE 2 Z FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with tags intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be credited within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories
- Items on sale or purchased with discount codes
- Customized or personalized products
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately with pictures of the item. The Exchange will be done within 1 to 8 days post delivery
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless it was delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition.
